Everyone has their own reasons to sign up for personal training. To build muscle, to get in shape, to regain trust in the body, or as an extra incentive. These are only a few of the many possible reasons why people sign up.
Whatever your goal might be, it is important to make a solid plan together. During the intake we will discuss your goals and set up a realistic plan. Every week we will use this plan to work on your personal goals.
